Full Job Description
BRC Logistics is expanding and we're looking for reliable, motivated Delivery Drivers to join our growing team across Milton Keynes, Northampton and surrounding areas.
Unlike many self-employed delivery roles, we provide the van and cover all fuel costs, allowing you to focus on completing deliveries and maximising your earnings without the expense of running your own vehicle.
This is a long-term opportunity offering consistent work, weekly pay and performance bonuses for drivers who consistently perform well.

Your Responsibilities
- Complete allocated delivery tasks safely and efficiently
- Load and unload parcels where required
- Carry out basic daily vehicle checks
- Use a smartphone to manage routes and deliveries
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Represent BRC Logistics professionally at all times
What We're Looking For
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Aged 21 or over (insurance requirements)
- Reliable, punctual and self-motivated
- Comfortable driving a medium-sized van
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
Previous delivery or courier experience is beneficial but not essential.
Pay
This is a self-employed position.
Drivers are paid per completed task, meaning your earnings are directly linked to your productivity.
Typical weekly earnings range from £700 to £1,400+, with additional performance bonuses available for high-performing drivers.
