Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and driven Multi Trader / Site Supervisor to carry out various construction activities on-site. The successful candidate will be responsible for multiple site activities including stud-work, Plaster boarding and carpentry works to high standards of safety and quality. This role requires a driven individual that can carry out construction works but also be ready for the next step of being a site foremen, supervising experience is preferred but not essential.
Duties
- Carry out site work daily, including stud work, Internal partitions, plaster boarding and carpentry and other general building works.
- Coordinate and liaise with site foremen on activities to carry out daily
- Be looking to in the future Manage a team of tradespeople and site management.
- Liaise with clients, contractors.
- Prepare progress reports as required by project manager
- Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations and company policies.
Requirements
- Proven experience in carrying out work in multiple trades within a construction environment.
- Supervising experience will come with progression and time.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients, contractors, and team members.
- Good problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to resolving issues on-site.
- Relevant technical qualifications or trade certifications. Such as NVQ Level 2, SSSTS or SMSTS, EFAW.
Pay: £900.00-£1,150.00 per week
