You will work collaboratively with L&D, Tech Adoption and business stakeholders to create relevant, reusable learning while operating autonomously and focusing on areas of greatest organisational impact.
As a Senior L&D Consultant, you'll be responsible for:

Creating accessible, engaging learning experiences for both technical and non‑technical audiences, using appropriate delivery methods
Partnering with stakeholders across IT and the wider business to understand needs, position Agile learning effectively, and manage expectations
Facilitating inclusive sessions that encourage discussion, adapt to audience needs, and confidently handle challenge or ambiguity
Developing reusable learning materials and supporting knowledge transfer to ensure sustainability beyond the interim role
Contributing to Agile adoption during a period of organisational change, taking a pragmatic, outcomes‑focused approach and influencing without authority
We'd love you to have
- Experience delivering Agile training or education in a business or technology setting, or a strong willingness to build this capability
Ability to explain Agile concepts in a clear, practical and accessible way for a range of audiences
Confidence in engaging and supporting both technical and non‑technical stakeholders, with strong communication and facilitation skills
Comfortable working in evolving environments, managing ambiguity and adapting to changing needs
Collaborative and culturally aware approach, with a focus on outcomes and openness to different perspectives
We also acknowledge that the confidence gap and imposter syndrome are a real thing and can get in the way of us meeting fantastic talent, so please don't hesitate to apply – we would love to hear from you!

- Hybrid working – 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home
- Working flexible hours - flexing the times you start and finish during the day
- Flexibility around school pick up and drop offs
