We have an exciting new vacancy for a Reception Managerto join our team at The Royal Hotel in Scarborough. Pinpointed at the centre of Scarborough the Royal Hotel Scarborough offers easy accessibility by public transportation. Your duties will include:
- Running our busy reception desk in a professional manner with customer service at the forefront
- Managing and training the front office team
- Maximising revenue and minimising loss within the department
- Ensuring all monies, floats and accounts are managed effectively
- Supporting other departments and being part of the Duty Manager Rota
- Operationally be involved with checking guests in and out
The successful candidate will be organised, punctual and well-presented, with excellent communication and customer service skills.
