Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero.
- Process accounts payable by reviewing invoices, verifying expenses, and ensuring timely payments.
- Reconcile bank statements regularly to ensure consistency between records and actual account balances.
- Assist with payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements as needed.
- Prepare financial reports, summaries, and documentation to support internal audits and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with team members to improve bookkeeping procedures and ensure adherence to company policies.
- Support month-end closing activities by organizing financial data and preparing necessary documentation.
Skills
