Catering Assistant
Contract: Part Time - Perm
Hour: 16 hours per week
Pay: 13.08 per hour weekdays & 13.58 per hour weekends
Shift Times: 9am to 5pm Weekday and alternative Weekends
Location: Courtlands Close, Watford, WD24 5GW

We are seeking a Catering Assistant to join our welcoming team at Courtland Lodge Care Home in Watford. This is a 60 bed heritage care home is set in a peaceful residential area of North Watford, with welcoming communal spaces, conveniently located within travel distance from Watford Town Centre and benefiting from excellent transport links.
As a Catering Assistant you will support the preparation and serving of nutritious meals, and help create a welcoming dining experience that promotes residents health, wellbeing and dignity.
What Youll Bring

Experience in food preparation and service preferred, however full training is provided

Ability to follow Chefs
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Preparation and serving of meals

Assisting residents with dining needs where required

Follow high standards of food hygiene and health & safety

Support the kitchen team with cleaning and washing duties

Supporting with stock and storage

Follow any other task requirements from the Chefs
