About the role:
We’re looking for a reliable, friendly Room Attendant to join our team to help keep guest bedrooms, bathrooms and public areas clean, stocked and welcoming
You’ll support a positive guest experience by working to high housekeeping standards and responding professionally to guest requests and ensuring our they have a comfortable stay.
Key responsibilities:
· Clean and prepare guest bedrooms, bathrooms and public areas to a high standard.
· Change bed linen, make beds, replace towels and restock guest amenities.
· Vacuum, mop, dust, polish and empty bins as required.
· Respond to guest queries professionally and support a positive guest experience.
· Report maintenance issues, update room status and restock the cleaning trolley at the end of each shift.
What we’re looking for:
We’re looking for someone who is organised, pro-active, approachable and proud of delivering high standards. You’ll enjoy working as part of a team, have strong attention to detail and be confident putting guests’ needs first. Previous housekeeping or hotel experience would be beneficial, but full training will be provided.
