Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Assistant Hotel Manager to join our vibrant hospitality team. Dealing with back office operations such as rota, supplier invoicing.
Responsibilities
- Assist in managing daily hotel operations, ensuring all departments work cohesively to deliver outstanding guest service
- Supervise and motivate team members, providing guidance and support to uphold high standards of hospitality and guest satisfaction
- Oversee guest services, resolving issues promptly and professionally to enhance the guest experience
- Coordinate with human resources on staffing needs, training programs, and employee development initiatives
- Monitor hotel facilities and ensure cleanliness, safety, and maintenance standards are consistently met
- Support the implementation of hotel policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement
Skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse guests and staff
- Proven supervising experience within the hospitality or hotel industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively
- Excellent guest service skills with a focus on exceeding expectations
- Knowledge of human resources practices related to staffing, training, and employee relations
- Solid understanding of hospitality operations, including front desk management, housekeeping, and food & beverage services
- Exceptional communication skills to liaise with guests, staff, and management confidently

Pay: £25,420.00-£38,274.72 per year
