Are you looking for an exciting new opportunity to grow your skills and be part of a dynamic team?

We’re seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Transport Manager to join our dedicated team for a fixed-term of 6 months. If you are passionate about people, logistics, and supporting a great cause, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the day-to-day retail transport operation.
Coordinate collections and deliveries across our retail network.
Lead and support a team of volunteer drivers, loaders and co-pilots.
Ensure vehicles are safe, maintained and compliant.
Deliver excellent customer service to donors, customers and volunteers.
Maximise income and Gift Aid opportunities through effective transport and collection activities.

What We’re Looking For:

A full, clean UK driving licence.
At least two years' driving experience.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
Experience of leading, motivating or supporting volunteers or colleagues.
A proactive, hands-on approach with strong problem-solving skills.
The ability to undertake manual handling duties and work as part of a team.
A passion for delivering great customer service and supporting a charitable cause.
