Akoko is a Michelin-starred restaurant in Fitzrovia, London, showcasing the diverse flavours and culinary traditions of West Africa through a refined tasting menu experience. We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Sommelier to join our team and help deliver exceptional wine service and guest experiences.

The Role
Working closely with the General Manager and beverage team, you will guide guests through our wine list and pairings, drive beverage sales, support the development of the wine programme, and help train the wider front-of-house team.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong wine knowledge and passion for hospitality
- WSET Level 3 or equivalent preferred
- At least 2 years experience in a Michelin-starred or high-end fine dining environment Excellent communication and guest engagement skills
- Commercial awareness and a proactive approach
- Ability to support and develop colleagues
