Motorcycle Operations - Sywell
SCH is responsible for the technical preparation and final-mile delivery of motorcycles to dealers and end users. As this activity continues to expand, we are looking to grow our team. Working Days/ Hours: - Monday – Friday / Minimum 40hrspw with Fully Flexible Working Rules - Occasional weekends maybe required.

Summary of Job:
We are seeking a Fully Skilled Motorcycle PDI Technician to join our team in Sywell. This role primarily involves technical work on new motorcycles, conducting pre-delivery inspections, fault rectification and fitting accessories, The ideal candidate will be experienced in a similar role, technically minded, punctual, responsible, and possess a positive outlook.
Attention to detail is key and the ability to work effectively within a close-knit team are essential qualities for this role.
Responsibilities Include:
- Motorcycle fault diagnosis and rectification.
- Assembling and preparing motorcycles for end user.
- Accessory/Upgrade fitment
- Road testing
- Maintaining and improving a high level of quality
- Meeting targets and ensuring deadlines are met.
Essential Requirements:
- Be a time served and qualified skilled motorcycle technician or equivalent.
- Professional demeanour
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Flexibility to be involved in various related activities within the business.
- Motorcycle Category A Licence
