PURE Spa & Beauty is looking for a confident and experienced Waxing & Laser Specialist to join our busy team at West Nile Street.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional results, building long-term client relationships and developing their career within a growing spa and beauty business.
We are particularly interested in candidates with strong waxing experience. Laser qualifications are desirable; however, training may be available for an exceptional waxing specialist with the right attitude and experience.
The role
You will be responsible for delivering professional waxing and laser treatments while creating a welcoming, reassuring and knowledgeable experience for every client.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering high-quality female and male waxing treatments
- Carrying out laser hair-removal consultations and treatments
- Completing patch tests and maintaining accurate client records
- Explaining treatment plans, expected results and aftercare clearly
- Building trusted, long-term relationships with clients
- Rebooking clients and recommending suitable treatment courses
- Supporting the promotion and sale of treatment packages, memberships and homecare
- Maintaining excellent hygiene, safety and treatment-room standards
- Working closely with the wider spa team to achieve individual and location targets
About you
We would love to hear from you if you:
- Hold a recognised Level 2 or Level 3 beauty qualification
- Have strong practical experience in waxing, including intimate waxing
- Hold a recognised laser or IPL qualification, or are willing to complete further training
- Are confident carrying out consultations and recommending treatment plans
- Have excellent attention to detail and take pride in achieving results
- Are warm, professional and able to put clients at ease
- Are commercially aware and comfortable recommending packages and products
- Are reliable, proactive and enjoy working as part of a busy team
- Can work flexibly, including some evenings and weekends

Experience:
- Professional waxing: 1 year preferred
- Intimate waxing: preferred
- Laser or IPL treatments: preferred
Licence/Certification:

Pay: Up to £40,000.00 per year
