About the Role
We are looking for a talented and passionate Hair Stylist (NVQ Level 2 or above) to join our friendly and professional salon team. If you have a positive attitude, excellent customer service skills, and a passion for creating beautiful hair, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a wide range of hair services, including cutting, colouring, styling, and blow-drying.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships with clients.
- Offer professional advice on hair care, treatments, and retail products.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the salon.
- Keep up to date with current trends and techniques.
- Work as part of a supportive team to create a welcoming salon environment.
Requirements
- NVQ Level 2 in Hairdressing (or equivalent) as a minimum.
- Previous salon experience is preferred.
- Confident in cutting, colouring, and styling.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Reliable, professional, and well-presented.
- A positive attitude and willingness to continue learning and developing.
