Talent Acquisition Coordinator Job Summary Key Responsibilities
- Review recruitment briefs and gain a thorough understanding of hiring requirements, team structures and candidate profiles.
- Source, screen and shortlist candidates against role-specific criteria for up to 15 roles at a time.
- Screen up to 10 candidates per day. Including sourcing, scheduling for key positions.
- Conduct initial telephone and virtual screening interviews to assess skills, experience and suitability.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple stakeholders and time zones.
- Manage candidate communications throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive experience.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and activity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Manage multiple screening for vacancies simultaneously while meeting recruitment deadlines and service level expectations. Technical Skills
- Experience working within a recruitment, talent acquisition or HR environment.
- Strong candidate screening and shortlisting experience.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment databases.
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards and sourcing tools.
- Ability to assess CVs and match candidate experience to role requirements.
- Competent in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, Excel, Word and Teams.
- Strong administrative and data management skills.
- Understanding of recruitment processes, compliance and data privacy requirements. Soft Skills & Competencies

- Bachelor's degree or relevant professional qualification desirable but not essential.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver against recruitment targets. Success Measures
