Eco Systems Group Ltd
Full-time | Office-based
We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Marketing Manager to take ownership of our marketing function, with a major focus on growing our B2C renewable energy and home energy-efficiency business.
Eco Systems Group operates across both B2C and B2B markets, but our immediate marketing priority is building a strong and scalable direct-to-consumer operation.
This is an exciting opportunity to take genuine ownership of marketing within an established and growing business. You will be responsible for everything from paid advertising and lead generation through to social media, marketing collateral, campaigns and the development of a completely new website.
The Role
Your primary objective will be to generate high-quality consumer enquiries and turn marketing spend into measurable commercial growth.
You will take responsibility for:
- Developing and delivering our overall marketing strategy, with B2C growth as the primary focus
- Managing and optimising Google Ads, Meta and other paid advertising channels
- Building campaigns for solar PV, battery storage, insulation and other energy-efficiency products
- Managing budgets against lead volume, lead quality, cost per acquisition and return on investment
- Leading the development and launch of a new company website, with a strong focus on conversion
- Developing landing pages and improving customer journeys
- Managing SEO and organic search performance
- Planning and managing social media content and campaigns
- Developing email, remarketing and customer database campaigns
- Producing brochures, case studies, leaflets, presentations and other marketing collateral
- Developing our brand and ensuring consistency across all channels
- Supporting our B2B activity with targeted campaigns and professional marketing materials
- Managing external agencies, designers, developers and other marketing suppliers
- Implementing clear reporting so we understand exactly what is working and where our marketing budget is being spent
- Continually testing new campaigns, audiences, messages and channels
Who We're Looking For
We are looking for someone who is commercial, analytical and hands-on.
This isn't a role for someone who simply coordinates agencies or posts on social media. We want someone who understands how to build a B2C marketing engine, measure performance and continuously improve results.
You should ideally have:
- Proven experience in a Marketing Manager, Digital Marketing Manager or similar role
- Strong B2C marketing experience
- Demonstrable experience managing Google Ads and paid social campaigns
- A strong understanding of lead generation and conversion
- Experience managing significant marketing budgets
- Good knowledge of GA4, tracking, attribution and marketing analytics
- Experience developing websites and high-converting landing pages
- Understanding of SEO, email marketing, remarketing and CRM/database campaigns
- Strong copywriting and communication skills
- The ability to manage multiple campaigns and suppliers simultaneously
- A strong understanding of cost per lead, cost per acquisition, conversion rates and ROI
Experience within solar, renewable energy, home improvements, energy efficiency or another high-value B2C sector would be a major advantage.
The Opportunity
Eco Systems Group is an established insulation and renewable energy business with experience delivering thousands of energy-efficiency measures.
We are now making a significant investment in growing our direct-to-consumer business.
Rather than inheriting a fixed marketing structure, you will have the opportunity to shape it.
You will help build our new website, develop our consumer proposition, determine where we invest our marketing budget, improve our digital presence and create campaigns capable of generating sustainable B2C growth.
For someone who wants ownership, responsibility and the opportunity to demonstrate the direct commercial impact of their work, this is an excellent opportunity.
