Kitchen Porter required for city centre bar.
Experience in a fast-paced kitchen is preferred, but not essential.
Must be flexible and be available to work evenings & weekends.
- To ensure that the kitchen is kept to a safe, clean, tidy and hygienic standard at all times
- To ensure that goods are stored in the correct conditions and that stock rotation is carried out correctly
- To be aware of costs and wastage
- To ensure that a high standard of personal hygiene and appearance is maintained at all times
- To work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
