About the Role:
Staffline are recruiting for an experienced Forklift Driver (Counterbalance or Reach) to join a busy warehouse and manufacturing operation in Craigavon. The role involves working in a cold-store environment (temperatures as low as -18°C) to support the movement, loading, and organisation of products across the site.
This position is ideal for a reliable and safety-minded forklift operator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:

Operate a Counterbalance or Reach Forklift to move, load, and unload products safely.

Maintain an organised and tidy work environment in the store, yard, and factory.

Carry out daily equipment checks and report any forklift defects promptly.

Complete temperature checks and record machine input/output levels.

Perform heavy lifting and manual handling where required.

Complete all relevant paperwork accurately and in line with company procedures.
Requirements:

Valid Counterbalance or Reach Forklift Licence

Proven forklift driving experience in a warehouse or manufacturing setting

Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Strong communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team
