eCar/Van Tyre Fitter
Rossendale Vulcanising Sales Ltd are looking to recruit a Car/Van Tyre Fitter. Experience is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided for the right candidate.
We are a well-established, family-run business with over 40 years of experience in the tyre industry. We take pride in providing a high level of service to our customers and are looking for someone who wants to be part of a friendly, hardworking team with opportunities to learn and develop within the business.
A full UK driving licence is preferred.
The successful applicant must be hardworking, honest, reliable, and able to work both as part of a team and independently. You must be able to work well under pressure and maintain high standards of workmanship and customer service.
Duties will include:
- Fitting and repairing car and van tyres.
- Fitting tyres to mowers and small plant equipment.
- Fitting inner tubes.
- Learning and carrying out wheel alignment (tracking).
- Assisting in other departments once fully trained.
Hours of Work
- 44 hours per week.
- Monday to Saturday, with alternate Saturdays off.
- Overtime and out-of-hours call-outs will be required when necessary.
The successful candidate may be required to work across our two depots once fully trained.
