Job Title: Candidate Engagement Executive
Location: London, UK (Hybrid)
Salary: £26,000 - £31,000 per annum + OTE
Due to rapid growth within the business, we’re looking for a Candidate Engagement Executive to join the amazing team at Leep Group! This is an exciting opportunity to join a fantastic organisation making a difference to young people in the community.
The role is to maintain and build relationships with potential Bootcamp & ASF candidates, screen them effectively for eligibility, suitability and support them onto the programmes. You will be expected to facilitate this process through a variety of duties ranging from undertaking CV consultations, online webinar presentations, 1-2-1 career advice and guidance and conversing with candidates via email, phone and face-to-face. Actively supporting the training team with retaining candidates until they successfully complete the programme and gain employment through one of our outcome teams.

Main Responsibilities
- Achieve set activity & billing targets while also delivering on agreed objectives by creating B2B sales plan for new business outreach and building a pipeline of leads and generate success from B2B sales calls.
- Manage ongoing client relationships to the highest standard to cross and upsell, enrolling high quality candidates on various courses.
- Liaise with the Marketing team around email campaigns, lead sources and website/brochure content.
- Maintaining all relevant management information on our CRM – quality data makes us successful, providing accurate forecasting of candidate numbers and pipeline to team manager.
The Ideal Candidate
- Excellent inter-personal, verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deal with a diverse range of candidates in a professional manner.
- Experience in a B2B sales environment generating new business, working to deadlines, KPI’s and processes with effective prioritisation skills.
•Approachable, confident, motivational and solutions orientated, with the ability to deal with a diverse range of candidates in a professional manner.
- Experience with CRMs such as Hubspot.

The successful candidate must also complete all pre-employment vetting and will complete safeguarding training during their induction.
