Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and friendly Service/parts Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our dealership. In this vital role, you will manage customer interactions, coordinate service appointments, and ensure smooth communication between clients and our technical team. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create a positive experience for every visitor.

- Adding parting into stock

- running the day to day job diary
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in procedures for vehicle servicing, mot and repair's
- Answer incoming phone calls promptly, providing information and scheduling appointments
- Manage customer inquiries, ensuring their needs are understood and addressed efficiently
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and issuing receipts
- Maintain organized records of service orders, customer details, and vehicle histories
- Collaborate with technicians to coordinate service timelines and customer expectations
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service roles, ideally within an automotive or retail environment
- Strong mechanical knowledge or interest in vehicles is a plus
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Ability to handle payment transactions confidently and accurately
- Organized with strong attention to detail and multitasking skills

Monday - Friday 7:45am - 17:00-18:00 after the last customer has gone
Saturday - every other 7:45am - 13:00
