A fantastic self employed opportunity to join a fast growing property and financial services company, one of the most professional Estate Agents operating throughout Cardiff and the Vale . As we develop our business into new areas in and around Cardiff, we are seeking additional support in our valuation and take on departments as self employed local property experts.
Local property Experts are responsible for generating and attending sales valuations, bringing sellable properties to market. They are the main point of contact to ensure our vendor journey moves smoothly and progresses rapidly. In addition to attending viewings and generating offers on properties we will work to develop your patch within a chosen area to generate a great income stream.
Mr Homes provides a holistic service ensuring all of our clients property and financial requirements are met. Building rapport with our vendors and purchasers is an essential part of the role along with an exceptional knowledge of property prices in the area.
Previous industry experience ,Propertymark qualifications or a suitable RICS are advantageous.

Pay: £28,000.00-£70,000.00 per year
