At NRG Solar Ltd, we’re expanding our Air Source Heat Pump division and we’re looking for an experienced plumber/heating engineer to join our growing in-house team.
This isn’t your average plumbing role.
You’ll be working on high-quality renewable energy installations alongside a skilled team of electricians, roofers, designers and heating engineers — helping homeowners transition toward a cleaner, smarter, energy-efficient future.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
Air Source Heat Pump installations
Heating system upgrades & pipework alterations
Hot water cylinder installations
Radiators & underfloor heating systems
Assisting with commissioning & final system prep
Working closely with our renewables installation teams
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
✔ Experienced plumber/heating engineer
✔ ASHP experience preferred (training available for the right person)
✔ NVQ Level 2/3 Plumbing & Heating ideal
✔ Full UK driving licence
✔Someone who takes pride in their work
✔ Positive attitude & good customer manner
