The Role
We're looking for a friendly, motivated, and customer-focused Sales Advisor to join the team at our facility. This is a full-time, store-based role where you'll be a vital part of the day-to-day operation supporting the Branch Manager and your colleagues to deliver an outstanding experience for every customer who walks through our doors. If you love talking to people, take pride in hitting targets, and want to be part of a close-knit team, this could be the perfect fit.
What You'll Be Doing
You'll be one of the first faces our customers see, so making a great impression matters. From answering enquiries and conducting facility tours to helping customers find the right storage solution for their needs, you'll play a huge role in making the Secure Space experience a brilliant one.
Alongside the customer-facing side of the role, you'll also be supporting the wider team with:
- Achieving individual and team sales targets to drive occupancy and revenue growth
- Handling rental agreements, renewals, and payment collections accurately and efficiently
- Keeping customer records up to date and ensuring all admin is completed to a high standard
- Maintaining the facility to ensure it is clean, secure, and welcoming at all times
- Supporting local marketing activity, including social media content and community engagement
- Helping to build relationships with local businesses and assist with events and sponsorship opportunities
- Keeping in-store displays, signage, and POS materials looking their best
What We're Looking For
You don't need to have worked in self-storage before — what matters most is that you're a people person with a positive attitude and a genuine desire to help customers. We'll give you all the training you need to hit the ground running.
It would be great if you also have:
- Some experience in a sales, retail, or customer-facing role
- A confident and approachable manner with strong communication skills
- Good attention to detail, particularly when it comes to admin and record-keeping
- The ability to work as part of a team while also managing your own workload
- An interest in social media or local marketing
- Flexibility to work weekends when needed
