About the Role
We're looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Installations Administrator to join our growing Installations team at SalonIQ.
You'll play a key role in welcoming new salon customers to SalonIQ by preparing their systems for a successful go-live. Working closely with both our customers and our Education team, you'll ensure every installation is planned, built and ready on time.
This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys organisation, working with data and providing excellent customer service.
What you'll be doing
- Building and preparing new customer databases ready for installation.
- Entering customer data accurately into SalonIQ.
- Liaising directly with salon owners to gather the information required to build their database.
- Scheduling installation and training dates with customers.
- Working closely with the Education team to ensure everything is ready for each customer's go-live day.
- Monitoring installation progress and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Keeping customers informed throughout the onboarding process.
- Updating internal systems with installation progress and customer information.
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues across the business to deliver a smooth onboarding experience.
We're looking for someone who:
- Is highly organised and enjoys planning and coordinating multiple tasks.
- Has exceptional attention to detail.
- Is confident communicating with customers by phone and email.
- Works well both independently and as part of a team.
- Is self-motivated and able to manage their own workload.
- Enjoys working with systems, software and data.
- Has strong Microsoft Office skills.
- Can prioritise work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
- Has a positive, friendly and professional attitude.

Pay: From £28,000.00 per year
