Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dental Nurse to join our team. As a Dental Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality dental care to our patients. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organizational skills and a passion for patient care.
Duties:
- Assist the dentist during dental procedures
- Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and equipment
- Develop dental x-rays
- Maintain accurate patient records
- Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the dental surgery
- Schedule patient appointments and manage the dental practice diary
- Handle patient queries and provide excellent customer service
Experience:
- Previous experience as a Dental Nurse is preferred but not required
- Proficient in using IT systems for record keeping and appointment scheduling
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Ability to communicate with patients in a caring and empathetic manner
- Knowledge of dental procedures, instruments, and materials is an advantage
