Were expanding our team and looking for a reliable Assistant Showroom Manager to support our Lansbury showroom.
This is a great opportunity for someone with showroom, interiors, or trade counter experience who is ready to step into a management role.
Youll combine:

Hands-on sales

Leadership and operational support

Deliver excellent customer service to trade & retail customers

Help customers with bathroom design, product selection & quotations

Drive sales and support branch targets
-
Build strong relationships with customers, installers & suppliers

Manage enquiries, orders, and aftersales support

Support the Branch Manager with daily operations
-
Supervise and motivate staff in the managers absence
-
Assist with training and development
-
Maintain high standards of showroom presentation & merchandising
-
Process orders accurately and efficiently
-
Manage stock, deliveries & supplier coordination
-
Handle basic cashing-up, invoicing & admin tasks
-
Ensure compliance with company procedures & health & safety
-
Experience in a bathroom showroom, interiors, or similar environment

Strong customer service and sales skills
-
Confident, friendly, and professional communication

Well organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks

Leadership potential with a proactive, problem-solving mindset

Good IT skills (quoting systems & Microsoft Office)

Monday: 8:00am 5:00pm
