Responsibility
Analyse business needs, engage with stakeholders to gather and document requirements, map and improve business processes, translate business objectives into clear functional specifications, support digital transformation initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver efficient, compliant, and user-focused solutions throughout the project lifecycle.
Essential Criteria
- Any Graduate with 2+years of work experience
- Strong communication, organisation, and time-management skills; high accuracy; able to multitask independently and in a team
- Right to work in the UK: 3+ years UK residency
Desirable Skills
- Familiarity with AI tools is something we're actively looking for — comfort using tools like ChatGPT or Copilot for drafting and admin tasks, AI-assisted data entry and reporting, or basic workflow automation. Employers are increasingly prioritising candidates who can work alongside AI in everyday admin functions, and this is quickly becoming a key differentiator for career progression.

Pay: £35,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
