Hagans Leisure Group are recruiting a Swimming Pool/Complex Supervisor to join our busy team at Causeway Coast Holiday Park, located in Ballycastle. We are looking for a person who is upbeat and friendly, has good customer service skills and would enjoy being part of an energetic team.
Main Duties
- Maintaining a safe environment in the pool, gym, plant room and hot tubs
- Manage swimming pool booking system
- Checking and recording pool and plant room water quality, chemical levels and temperatures
- Ensuring accurate recording and H&S, COSHH checklists are carried out
- Complete staff inductions/training
- Ordering for swimming pool, gym, plant room and hot tubs
- Dealing with first aid related matters and recording incidents
- Ensuring that facilities are cleaned and appropriate for customers
Person Specification
- Pool Plant Room Certification is an advantage
- Lifeguard/ Emergency Responder Certification is an advantage
- Be capable of working in a team environment
- The ability to engage with customers and the public in general
- The ability to work under their own initiative and work under pressure
- Produce reports as required including budgets
