You must be highly organised and commercially sharp.
The role will work closely with our Managing Director, Joinery Manager, Finance Manager, and will include direct management of a small team and offers autonomy to oversee all the day-to-day operations.

- Strong IT skills, with an excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Particular strength in Excel
- Experience in construction, manufacturing, or joinery environments is a strong advantage
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and genuine enjoyment in being accountable
- At least 5 years’ experience in an operational role.
Key Responsibilities
- Be at the center of our sales and customer management operation, driving clients. through their journey from inquiry to project completion.
- Prepare and manage sales quotes, orders, contracts, and job sheets.
- Track project timelines, material orders, and production schedules.
- Liaise between sales, workshop, suppliers, and clients to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met.
- Maintain CRM systems and job records with accuracy and discipline.
- Support stock control and procurement administration for ongoing jobs.
- Line manage a small team across administration and marketing functions.
- Own and manage all Health & Safety responsibilities across the business.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Manage IT and daily business operations.
- Manage the company vehicle fleet.
- Contribute actively to process improvement, systems development, and operational efficiency as the business grows its joinery offering.

Salary & Benefits:
- £45,000 – £50,000, depending on experience
- Monday to Friday, 40 hours/week
- 31 days annual holiday (including public holidays)
