This is a business leadership role inside an education environment. You will lead your team, drive your enrolment numbers, own your parent relationships, and take real commercial accountability for your centre's performance. You will also be the person who watches a child go from dreading maths to really enjoying it.
Not many roles offer both.
The role includes:
- Leading a small instructional team and developing them day to day
- Managing enrolments, lead conversion, and customer retention
- Assessing students and ensuring personalised learning plans are in place
- Building relationships with parents, schools, and the local community
- Taking ownership of centre performance and profitability
We are looking for someone who has:
- A degree or good level of competence in maths (strong preference)
- At least 2–3 years' experience in management, sales, or a commercial role
- Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for working with young people
- Commercial awareness and the drive to grow a business

Pay: £32,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
