Responsibilities
- Plan and implement diverse after school activities.
- Supervise staff members to ensuring smooth daily operations
- Maintain a safe environment by adhering to Dream Catchers Policies and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians about updates, child progress, and any concerns.
- Manage scheduling, attendance records, and activity supplies to ensure seamless program delivery.
- Foster an inclusive atmosphere that celebrates diversity.
Experience
- Proven experience in childcare, teaching, nannying or similar roles with a passion for working with children.
- Demonstrated leadership skills in managing teams or supervising groups of children in an educational or recreational setting.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in childcare management
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities with energy, enthusiasm, and professionalism
