Head Bartender – FULL TIME, PERMANENT
£18.10p/h inc tronc

What we’re looking for:
· Previous experience as a Head Bartender, Senior Bartender or Bar Supervisor in a reputable restaurant, bar or hotel setting
· Strong cocktail, spirits and classic drinks knowledge
· A warm, friendly approach and genuine passion for looking after guests
· Confidence leading bar service, supporting the team and keeping standards high
· Ability to stay calm, organised and professional during busy services
· Strong attention to detail, from drink presentation to stock and cleanliness
· Clear communication and a positive, supportive team attitude
· A hands-on approach and willingness to get stuck in wherever needed
· Interest in menu development, seasonal drinks or training would be beneficial
This role would suit someone who is confident behind the bar, proud of great drinks and wants to be part of an exciting new opening in London.
