Duties:
- Conduct diagnostics, repairs, and routine vehicle servicing to high standards
- Lead and supervise the workshop team, providing guidance and support
- Manage workshop workloads effectively to ensure timely completion of all jobs
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure all work complies with manufacturer standards
- Assist in implementing improvements to workshop processes for efficiency
- Support the team in achieving high levels of customer satisfaction and workshop productivity
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician within the motor trade
- Strong diagnostic skills with the ability to carry out repairs from minor services to clutch and cambelt replacements
- Leadership qualities and the ability to supervise and support other technicians
- Valid UK driving licence
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure, meeting deadlines without compromising quality
- Professional attitude, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to high standards of workmanship
