Care in Style provides residential care to adults with learning disabilities and we are in an exciting time of growth and development.
We are looking for a dynamic, friendly and motivated Deputy Manager who is used to working with positive behaviour support and managing large staff teams over multiple sites.
The key aspects of this role are:
- Leading the care team to provide high quality care to our residents;
- Line management of the care service and care staff;
- Communication and organisation across local sites;
- Management of allocated budget and finances;
- Management of HR and recruitment of care staff;
- Staff induction, training and development;
- Health & safety and regulatory authority audits/quality control;
If you have the following skills and experience, we would like to hear from you.
- Previous supervisory experience in health and social care
- QCF level 3 or higher, and an expectation to undertake Level 5.
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
- Team player
- Genuine interest in working with people with learning disabilities.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £35,000.00 per year
