Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) – Temp to Perm

A welcoming primary school in South East London is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced HLTA to join their team from September on a temp-to-perm basis.
The successful candidate will support teaching and learning across the school, deliver lessons in the teacher's absence, lead interventions, and help pupils achieve their full potential.
Requirements:
- HLTA qualification or relevant experience.
- Experience working in a primary school setting.
- Confidence leading whole-class learning.
- Strong communication and classroom management skills.
- A positive and flexible approach to supporting children.
