Impossible Restaurant & PINK by Impossible is the latest modern addition to the iconic St Helen’s square, in the heart of York’s buzzing shopping and hospitality scene. This Grade II listed building is a hidden gem within the stunning twists and turns of Ye olde cobbled streets.
We at Impossible are looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and fun loving new members of our bar team.
Duties:
-Serving a range of high quality cocktails consistently and efficiently
-Setting up the bar to ensure the most efficient service
-Considering daily prep
-Working within a team not just with the bar but all departments
-Cleaning of the work space after every shift
-Being able to read guests to ensure they receive the highest quality of service
- Possessing the knowledge necessary to recommend products

Experience:
- Hospitality: 1 year (essential)
- Bartending: 1 year (preferred)
