Wanted: Room Leader
Salary: Upto £23,500 dependent on qualifications and experience.
We are seeking an experienced full-time Room Leader to join our team. You must love children and be highly committed to providing them with the very best care and stimulation.
You will have the following qualifications, training and experience:
- Minimum NVQ level 3 childcare and education.
- Understanding of the EYFS framework.
- Experience and knowledge of safeguarding practice
- Previous supervisory experience (Room/Team Leader role)
As we are an expanding company, we are looking for someone who would be looking to develop into a managerial position. You will remain part of the numbers but will be expected to take on a more senior role with more responsibility.
