Overview
We are seeking a Soft Drinks Post Mix Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving post-mix equipment utilised in the production of soft drinks.
Responsibilities
- Conduct root cause analysis to identify and resolve technical issues affecting post-mix machinery performance.
- Install post-mix syrup pumps, carbonators, gas lines, pythons, and dispensing towers according to manufacturer specifications.
- Conduct regular service checks, including cleaning, sanitizing and checking gas pressures to prevent breakdowns.
- Assist the warehouse team when required.
Skills and requirements
- Good communication skills and a professional demeanor in busy hospitality environments.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (such as syrup boxes or gas cylinders) and work in confined spaces (under bars or in cellar rooms).
- Will include being part of an "on-call" rota to handle emergency call outs during the evening evening or weekend.
- This position operates on a fixed-payment structure, offering a guaranteed flat rate for weekend availability, regardless of call volume.
Pay: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
