The Role
As our Night Care Team Leader, you'll work closely with the Deputy Manager and wider leadership team to ensure the highest standards of care are maintained throughout the night.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and supporting the night care team
- Coordinating shift activities and staff allocation
- Administering and managing medication safely
- Completing care assessments and documentation
- Ensuring compliance with care standards and regulations
- Responding to residents' needs with compassion and professionalism
- Creating a calm, safe and supportive environment for residents and colleagues alike
