- Base Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 per year basic (DOE)

Working Pattern: Monday to Friday (40 hours per week) + Saturdays on a team rota

- Perform high-level mechanical, electrical, and systemic fault diagnostics using master-grade diagnostic suites.

Oversee and execute complex vehicle repairs, engine overhauls, and deep technical overhauls across modern retail stock and customer cars.

Perform thorough inspections, verify complex fault symptoms, and formulate accurate repair pathways.

Act as a technical mentor to junior and improver technicians, supporting right-first-time quality control across the workshop.

Collaborate with a close-knit, long-serving technician crew to maintain high workshop efficiency.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of proven experience operating as a Master Technician or Senior Technical Specialist.

Qualifications: NVQ/IMI Level 3 (or equivalent) in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair, plus recognized Master Technician credentials.

Requirements: Full valid UK Driving Licence.
