Overview
We are seeking a highly organised, proactive, and customer-focused Recruitment Administrator to support the delivery of recruitment services across our expanding Group. Acting as a key member of the team, you will play an important role in ensuring a smooth and professional experience for candidates, hiring managers, and schools throughout the recruitment journey.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has exceptional attention to detail, and takes pride in delivering outstanding service. You will work closely with the Recruitment Manager, coordinating recruitment activities, supporting onboarding processes, maintaining compliance standards, and helping to ensure our schools attract the very best people.

Duties
- Manages administrative tasks such as managing roles within iTrent, liaising with multiple schools regarding multiple vacancies
- Supporting the Recruitment Manager with the recruitment process from permission to recruit through to the sending offers via the onboarding portal
- Ensure there is always a member of the recruitment team available
- Ensures timely communication with each school and candidate
- Coordinates and provides updates throughout the hiring process
- Creates a professional first impression of the Group
- Respond to enquiries received through the Recruitment inbox, ensuring a professional and timely service
- Act as a first point of contact for candidates, schools and hiring managers
- Support the delivery of an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Prepares job descriptions using InDesign and posts vacancies across relevant multiple platforms
- Arranges pre-employment checks, references, and onboarding documentation
- Coordinates background screening where applicable
- Supports the provision of Governor KPI’s with accurate recruitment data
- Ensures recruitment communications are professional and consistent
- Helps create a positive experience that encourages candidates to recommend the organisation
Skills
- Previous Recruitment administration experience
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- Ability to manage a busy workload and prioritise effectively
- Good communication and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience using HR systems (iTrent desirable)
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information appropriately
