Phoenix Property Maintenance Limited covering all areas of Domestic, Commercial and Industrial Property Maintenance serving south wales and surrounding areas.
We specialise in providing building services for insurance contracts, nursing homes, retailers, private clients etc. All building projects we undertake are accomplished to the highest specification in a timely manner.
We are seeking highly accomplished Assistant Coordinator to assist our contracts manager on projects, delivering project solutions to budget, time and quality requirements. To work as part of a team to build on reputation, capability and delivering efficiently to ensure the projects team maintains a strong project pipeline and develop new leads and clients:
Key tasks include:
- Supervising and overseeing the direction of multiple projects, ensuring the clients’ specifications and requirements are met, reviewing progress and liaising with operatives
- Clear communications centred around scope of work, budget and the quality of service delivered during live projects until completion by maintaining a comprehensive spreadsheet of each stage or works and all correspondences
- Monitor project costings, selecting of tools and purchasing of materials in a timely manner
- Source building suppliers and negotiate schedule of rates
- Finding ways to prevent problems and to solve any that crop up
- Assessing projects and minimising risk, provide site reports
- Coordinate a team of operative and update data in a diary
