Sales Assistant – Perfume Kiosk

We are a professional and well-established perfume company with our main headquarters based in Turkey and franchise operations across the United Kingdom and Europe. Due to the continued growth of our business, we are seeking two enthusiastic and experienced Sales Assistants to join our friendly team at our perfume kiosk in Chantry Place Shopping Centre, Norwich.
We pride ourselves on delivering excellent customer service and creating a welcoming, family-oriented working environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Arranging and maintaining perfume displays to a high standard.
- Keeping the kiosk clean, organised, and visually appealing.
- Greeting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Offering fragrance testers to customers passing through the shopping centre.
- Introducing customers to our products and helping them find suitable fragrances.
- Delivering excellent customer service and achieving sales targets.
- Following company standards and maintaining the brand image.
- Working according to weekly shift schedules and maintaining punctuality.
Requirements
- Previous experience in perfume, fragrance, beauty, cosmetics, or retail sales is preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Friendly, confident, and approachable personality.
- Punctual, reliable, and professional attitude.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends.
- Strong teamwork skills and commitment to company standards.
- Passion for perfumes and the beauty industry.
