- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and workstations
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service and smooth kitchen operations
- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and notify management when supplies need replenishing
- Serve meals efficiently while ensuring presentation meets quality standards
Experience
- Prior experience in food preparation or cooking within a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper handling of ingredients is essential
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment, utensils, and basic culinary techniques
- Strong teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and front-of-house staff
- Previous experience in meal preparation, serving, or related roles is advantageous but not mandatory
