We are recruiting Support Staff with at least 1 years' experience who can undertake the following:
- Managing and supporting individuals with Mental Health needs and/or Dementia or transferable experience supporting other complex needs.
- Managing complex behaviour and risks presented.
- Professional and able to communicate effectively.
- Motivating individuals to develop their skills and set goals.
- Supporting individuals working towards their goals.
- Supporting with daily and independent living tasks.
- Providing support to access to community activities.
- Supporting individuals to integrate back into the community.
- Working under the supervision and guidance of our strong leadership team and wider multi-disciplinary teams.
- To have a minimum NVQ L2 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent) and be willing to undertake further training.
- To be flexible and always put the service user in the centre of everything you do!

We offer specialised training, company pension and development opportunities. All successful candidates with satisfactory references can expect to receive from us the following:
- Enhanced DBS checks paid for by the company.
- Staff are paid monthly on the 10th of each month.
- 28 days annual leave based on full time contract of 40 hours (including bank holidays). Two additional days annual leave granted following two years consecutive service with the company.
- All staff are subject to a 6-month probationary period.
- Staff receive an induction upon commencement of their employment.
- Training is paid for by the company, including any updates.
- All staff work a variety of days, nights, and weekends.
- All staff can expect to work 13-hour day shifts and 12-hour night shifts.
- This role is subject to Enhanced DBS Checks and Safer Recruitment Checks.
