As we head into our busy summer season, we're looking for energetic, customer-focused team members to join our crew on weekends and event days when the atmosphere is at its liveliest.
The Role
We’re seeking enthusiastic Bar Service Team Members to support our team during our busiest trading periods, including weekends, special events, and live music days. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy hospitality environment and enjoy working as part of a dynamic team.
You’ll split your time between serving behind the bar and delivering food and drinks to customers, helping to ensure every guest enjoys an exceptional experience.
What You'll Do
- Mix and serve cocktails, beers, spirits, and soft drinks efficiently and accurately
- Deliver food and drinks to tables quickly and professionally
- Engage with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations
- Keep the bar and service areas clean, stocked, and ready for busy service periods
- Clear tables and assist team members to maintain smooth operations
- Work confidently during high-volume service and peak trading times
- Contribute to the fun, welcoming atmosphere that Tsunami Beach Bars is known for
What We're Looking For
Availability: Must be available to work weekends and event days throughout the summer season
Experience: Previous experience in bartending, serving, or hospitality is preferred
Fast-Paced Mindset: Comfortable working under pressure in a busy, high-volume environment while maintaining excellent customer service
Energy & Personality: Friendly, approachable, and passionate about creating great guest experiences
Team Spirit: Works well with both front-of-house and kitchen teams
Reliability: Dependable, punctual, and ready to contribute from the moment you arrive
Requirements
- Right to work in the UK (proof will be required)
- Previous hospitality experience preferred (bartending, waiting, or food running)
- Ability to stand, move, and multitask for extended periods during busy shifts
- Must be over 18 years old (due to licensing laws)
