Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing friendly and attentive service throughout their visit
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring timely delivery and presentation
- Assist in food preparation and setup to support kitchen operations when needed
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and service stations
- Follow food safety protocols diligently to ensure health standards are met or exceeded
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve multiple tables efficiently while maintaining quality service
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is preferred but not mandatory; a passion for guest service is essential
- Knowledge of food safety standards and basic food preparation techniques
- Strong communication skills with an energetic, positive attitude
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with excellent time management skills
