This full-time waiter/waitress position will require the candidate to work alongside the manager and staff in helping to run the restaurant. The Applicant will need to know the general requirements of how to help run/work in a restaurant, for example: bar, taking orders, laying and clearing of tables, table management.
Ideal candidates will: Have experience of working in a busy, upmarket restaurant, Care about contributing to and maintaining high quality standards, Have excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail. Have good product knowledge, Have a love for the buzz of working in a busy environment.
Holidays are set, 1 week November, 1 week Christmas and new year and 2 weeks in February, allowing time to arrange things.

Job Summary
The job requires being in charge of the restaurant when Management are absent, keeping an eye on table service, Opening and closing duties, supervision of team, Money handling, serving drinks/wine, stock control, Working as part of the team during your shift. All aspects of food and beverage control, keeping an eye on staffing levels, dealing with customers etc.
