We are seeking dedicated Production Operatives to join our food manufacturing client on a three-week rotation schedule. This role involves working within a dynamic environment where precision, safety, and efficiency are paramount. The successful candidate will play a vital part in the production processes, ensuring high-quality output and adherence to safety standards.
Shifts
Monday to Friday 06:00-14:00
Monday to Friday 14:00-22:00
Sunday to Thursday 22:00-06:00
Duties
- Operate and monitor various production machinery and equipment with attention to detail
- Checking and Weighing product to ensure as specified
- Conduct routine inspections of products to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Maintain a clean and organised workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations
- Support the movement and storage of materials within the warehouse or production area
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines
- Document production activities accurately as required by company procedures
Skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to follow detailed instructions
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
- Good physical fitness, capable of standing for extended periods and handling manual tasks
