Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective clients through online channels to promote our will-writing services, emphasizing the importance of estate planning
- Conduct persuasive negotiations to convert inquiries into completed sales, ensuring a positive customer experience
- Manage a pipeline of leads by following up promptly and maintaining detailed records of interactions using IT tools and CRM systems
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that increase awareness and drive traffic to our online platform
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions clearly, explaining the process thoroughly, and addressing concerns professionally
- Coordinate with partners or B2B clients to facilitate bulk or corporate estate planning packages when applicable
- Maintain excellent time management and organizational skills to meet sales targets and ensure timely follow-up with prospects
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales, customer service, or digital marketing within a fast-paced environment
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-making confidently
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Familiarity with IT systems, CRM tools, and online marketing platforms

Pay: £25,420.00-£32,462.44 per year
